Welcome to Seaside! On behalf of the Seaside Neighborhood Association Board of Directors and the entire neighborhood, we would like to welcome you to one of the most beautiful and friendliest communities in Torrance.
Your Seaside Neighborhood Association exists to enhance the lives of our residents by providing a forum to discuss common concerns, brainstorm possible solutions, and to provide communication between the City and residents in an organized, effective manner.
The SNA builds community by holding General Meetings throughout the year, providing two Scholarships to outstanding high school seniors, presenting Green Thumb and Holiday Lights Awards, and by hosting neighborhood events.
The Seaside neighborhood is more than 60 years old and offers 2 parks; Sea-Aire and Seaside Heroes Park. At Sea-Aire there is a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course, children's play area and a community room. We have one of the best elementary schools in Torrance, Seaside Elementary. "Sleepy Hollow" as Seaside is fondly called, is known for its spectacular Holiday Lights display during December attracting visitors from all over SoCal and beyond.
